The next meeting of the Red Stick Fly Fishers will be on Monday,
September 12, at the Wildlife and Fisheries building on Quail Drive
in Baton Rouge. Casting practice at 6:30pm, meeting at 7:00pm. The
public is welcome.
This month's program will be a group discussion
on the Great Flood of 2016. Over 150,000 homes in the metro area were
affected, including many members. Members are asked to share their
experiences. Whether working on their own home, helping friends, family
or neighbors. Also if there's anything that could benefit other
members.
Also, we'll be discussing Lake Concordia. Bring or come prepared to talk about, your favorite Concordia flies!
