Fly Fishers Meeting June 9th

Come out for our monthly meeting on June 9th!  As a prelude to the annual Grand Isle trip, members of the club are teaming together to bring you a special meeting on Fishing Grand Isle.  You won't want to miss this meeting if you are going on the Grand Isle trip, or if you have any interest in saltwater fly fishing.

Topics include:

-Fishing on foot                                               Roger Del Rio

-Fishing from a canoe or kayak                        Mike Lafleur

-Fishing from a motor boat                              Dave McDougal, Randy Leonpacher

-It’s 30 minutes before dawn, what do I do?     Kyle Moppert

-Night time on the bridge                                 Glen Cormier

-Should I stay and fish or go eat?                    Gary Peterson

The meeting will be held at 7:00pm at the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries building at 2000 Quail Drive in Baton Rouge, but come out at 6:30 and cast some (I will be there casting).
